Hello,
I received word today that Sr. Ann Roddy, SSND, long time friend of the friars of Tau House in New Orleans and affiliate to the Order, has been placed on Hospice. Ann underwent surgery for a gangrenous ruptured appendix last week. The rupture did severe damage to her system. Apparently, the damage is irreparable. She is resting quietly, but is unresponsive.
A talented watercolorist, Ann was often seen selling her paintings at the square in the French Quarter of New Orleans. She became a member of Tau House Ministries in the early days of the Tau House Community and was faithful to the mission for over thirty years.
Please keep Annie in prayer.
